The PropTech industry in Mexico is experiencing significant growth and disruption, positioning itself as a potential frontrunner in the next wave of technological innovation. With a dynamic landscape driven by technological advancements, the industry has witnessed a surge in startups, particularly in the past five years, which indicates a promising future.
A total of 112 companies operating in Mexico were identified, 57% of these companies were founded in the last five years showing that it is an emerging industry, in the process of expansion. From this identified sample, an average of 18 employees and $1.7M USD (of venture capital and debt) are generated.
